By the 1840’s just about any large knife was being called a bowie knife, and this one certainly fits the bill. The wasp waisted blade is a full 12" long and has a full profile tang sandwiched between polished water buffalo scales. A big knife, you’ll have plenty of steel in your hand. Scabbard included.
