Manufacturing Polyurethane Armor

We manufacture a hybrid polyurethane material for our LARP armor and helmets. Polyurethane armor looks like real metal yet is 1/3 the weight. It is nearly indestructible, regardless of what treatment you put it through and requires zero maintenance. Our realistic finish is tough and will last for years of use, even after being exposed to bad weather. Light weight, durable, authentic looking, and cheaper than metal, our polyurethane armor and helmets are perfect for LARPing and reenactments of any variety.

Polyurethane pieces are so realistic looking yet easy to maintain that the material has been used to make prop pieces for various movies and TV shows included Gladiator, Troy, Alexander, and Band of Brothers.
